Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all packages and consulting hours offered by KRAINIUM DIGITAL SERVICES.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied within 7 calendar days of the assistance given, you can request for a refund.

3. Eligibility & Non‑Refundable Items

• Unused consulting hours (less than 10% consumed) qualify for a pro‑rated refund.
• Accidental duplicate charges will be fully refunded.
• Setup fees, third‑party licences, and payments older than 30 days are non‑refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your name, account email, invoice ID, and reason for the request.

5. Processing & Chargebacks

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days; refunds are processed within 7 business days, when approved by our payment provider.. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us is not accecpted.
