Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to all subscription plans, one‑time packages, consulting hours, and digital products offered by KRAINIUM DIGITAL SERVICES.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied within 7 calendar days of your first purchase, you may request a full refund.

3. Eligibility & Non‑Refundable Items

• Unused consulting hours (less than 10% consumed) qualify for a pro‑rated refund.
• Accidental duplicate charges will be fully refunded.
• Setup fees, third‑party licences, and payments older than 30 days are non‑refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing & Chargebacks

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days; approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
